What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the services and budget range you select, and the message you write. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
Legal basis
Legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where you ask us to, steps taken before entering a contract.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), acting as our processor. Fonts are hosted on this website, so no font provider receives your IP address. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for the period required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or request a copy. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
